These are my favorite knives to make. I hate to waste damascus inside of a handle so making these fully damascus knives are great for that. They are made with a guard simply because I like forging them, but also it makes the knife more versatile. You could use this piece as a hunting/skinning knife, paring knife, steak knife, petty knife, or a really cool paper weight. Hooray free will!
